When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note: customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it’s still not moving after that, email us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible at Info@Pilatesandlattesco.com If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Returns + Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll fix it. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email Info@Pilatesandlattesco.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (and packaging if relevant)

What if my package is marked “delivered” but I don’t have it?
Please check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building staff first. If you still can’t locate it, email Info@Pilatesandlattesco.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
